So I registered for a website last month and still haven't received any verification email. I checked the spam folder several times and nothing came...

Same here. Filled in the form just before making an account here on the forum, and nothing yet. Turboblack says the admin is around and taking care of things. See this post from back in spring: https://forum.w10.host/index.php?mode=thread&id=153
