распаковываем себе на хостинг (по фтп) 2 папки templates и includes
таким образом у вас в списке появится этот шаблон.

в папке с "инклудсами" у вас будут файлы которые отвечают за меню шаблона,
отредактируйте их через админ-панель на свое усмотрение.

навигация тоже редактируется через админ-панель. ссылки на ваши страницы будут типа /страница

сделано для того что бы вы могли делать кнопки-ссылки какого хотите цвета или шрифта, а так же менять расположение, или подписывать, в том числе добавлять различные символы, графику, емодзи.
