You get 500 megabytes at the start as a community member. This means you're not just registering, but participating in the community, helping it grow, and inviting people. For each invitee, you get an additional quota. You can also earn additional quota by contributing useful content, such as templates, scripts, chat administration, and so on. If your site is interesting and popular, your quota will also be increased.

Hi!
First of all; thank you SO much for making this, you guys!!! All this stuff is super amazing!
I've been a member of the web hosting for a bit; but I'm only really just now starting to get into the meat & potatoes of it all.
How do we claim the free MB associated? For example, my username is the same, as is my email, from what I registered on my website. Will this make the process fairly quick, then, perhaps?
Love the work you guys do! Keep it up!

An idea for theme:
Neumorphism

Like boxes with special styling so they look like they are a part of the site like this: (assuming bg is e0e0e0)

border-radius: 50px;
background: #e0e0e0;
box-shadow: 20px 20px 60px #bebebe,
-20px -20px 60px #ffffff;

Right now there isn't a way that I know of, but a control panel was in the works a while ago.

You're not supposed to put in body tags yourself. The page you edit is going to be rendered inside a template that already has them. That shouldn't break much though. What do you mean by "it didn't save", anyway?

Hi, yes, all constructions must be inserted only through the HTML editor. In the visual editor, the construction will be inserted as text, and in the HTML editor as a plugin.

Wait, I know. You have to enter the include code in the page source, not the rich text view. Otherwise it gets escaped as plain text and isn't interpreted anymore.

I'm having trouble with inserting for a photo gallery and for a contact page as the CMS editor is not saving them. Do they need to be inserted into an html page, rather than a .txt file?

Judging from previous replies to this thread, it would be out of scope for a service called "Web 1.0 Hosting". That said, Gopher would fit very well thematically. I'd probably find uses for it easily enough.

I have another feature idea: support for the Gopher and/or Gemini protocols. I suppose this is less Web 1.0 than Web 0.1, but I would guess there's a lot of overlap in user interest. I've looked into adding support for these to my site and it seems like I would need to find a Pubnix/Tilde to provide it. (Or try to host it myself of course, which would likely be a disaster knowing me!).

Update: got it all fixed! For anyone else with this issue, make sure you email support directly, because I think my browser didn't like the contact form. They were extremely prompt when I emailed directly.

Another thing to know is that the SSL certificate will not cover the www subdomain. I was able to solve this with my domain name provider by setting up a 301 redirect from www.pnppl.cc to pnppl.cc. Without this, some people will type the www and then just think your website does not exist.
