How are forum topics ordered? (reply)

Thank you very much! And thanks! One site is plenty for me. Just trying to figure out some details here, is all. Not much else to do until my hosting account is approved and I can ask more specific questions.

How are forum topics ordered? (reply)

Hello.

Forum threads are sorted in a tree-like fashion (like on classic forums in the 90s, and a bit like that in the early 2000s).

Yes, a forum account and a hosting account are two different accounts; the email address is assigned to the hosting account (but only if you have a website, not just a dummy page). i mean yourlogin@w10.host

You can create as many accounts as you like, and they can have different quotas (I have about 10 accounts for different sites, and they are all registered to the same email address)

How are forum topics ordered?

So, just to break the ice while waiting for my hosting account to be approved: how are forum topics ordered? It's not by first post, and not by last post, so it can get confusing.

(By the way, in case someone makes the same mistake I did: forum accounts aren't connected to hosting accounts. You can make a forum account first. You might have to use the same e-mail to claim extra storage space if I understood correctly. Not sure.)
