i ended up being so enamored with CSS that i ended up making a less minimal version for myself after posting this haha. Definitely too garish and not very web 1.0 of me. I hope my CSS sins will be forgiven lol. At least this really is pure CSS and HTML, no hipster javascripts.

I think I made a template?
I am not sure how well it would work with anything. Any ideas how to improve it? I am only just learning how to use html and css and I am very new to it.

If you want to use or adapt it for Hamster you can go ahead, I personally think the concept of neon flowers is cute, but maybe that's just me.

A redesigned template on the topic of "exhibitions and theaters" which I made earlier, and it is easy to adapt, I took this template from a website that existed since 1996, now unfortunately it no longer exists, only fragments remain on the Internet

The template was used 30 years ago, I collected it bit by bit from the internet, unfortunately, it was not saved in normal form on the archive[dot]org, I reassembled it, come and see what interesting pages from the 90s once looked like

An idea for theme:
Neumorphism

Like boxes with special styling so they look like they are a part of the site like this: (assuming bg is e0e0e0)

border-radius: 50px;
background: #e0e0e0;
box-shadow: 20px 20px 60px #bebebe,
-20px -20px 60px #ffffff;

So, I downloaded Hamster CMS again the other day and make myself a theme for the upcoming site. It's self contained in a single file, including the stylesheet:

the template is partially backward compatible with all browsers since the late 90s, (doesn’t break in IE5, but there are minor artifacts), on the hosting you can find it in the admin panel under number 13 (not by chance).
