as far as i understand you are trying to save a working version of a site created in a program on ftp hosting? well it should work in general, because ftp has been the same since then. you specify the hosting address, login, password, port - it should let you in. if the program does not allow you to do this, then you need to open ftp with something like FAR and transfer files, or use https://web1.0hosting.net/net2ftp/
